Vegetable probiotic for biological recomposition of soybean plants grown in degraded production environments

Abstract

Currently, in Brazil, in intensive areas managed annually through sequential cultivation, with the predominance of soybean cultivation, there has been an increase in the occurrence of areas with indicative of biological degradation. These indications can be diagnosed by the gradual loss of profitability or by the productive stagnation of individualized plots, clearly verified by the constant increase, comparing different agricultural years, of the necessity of the application of pesticides for the productive maintenance of these crops, due to the occurrence, increasingly. pests and diseases, leading to the use of emergency management techniques with high potential for environmental impact. Thus, research has indicated that there may be a collapse of productive systems associated with sequential soybean cultivation for long periods, due to the exhaustion of the biological recomposition processes of these cultivation environments.Endophytic microorganisms are known to be involved in nutrient acquisition, immune system growth, and plant protection against pathogen invasion. However, cropland suffers from the selection of microbial diversity both in soil and within the plant from overuse of agrochemicals. The questioning is addressed in management strategies that help the plant when in previously degraded areas to recruit endophytic microorganisms that help in its immune system, resulting in plant health and productivity increase. Thus, an innovation proposed in this project is foreseen in Phase 1, the patent filer BR 10 2019 014734 2, a technology for the biological recomposition of plants grown in collapsed or degraded fields, using a productive and economic revitalization, using the use of plant extract, advancement of healthy soybean plants previously cultivated under controlled conditions, applying them to seeds for the formation of commercial washers of the same species in those environments with foreshadows of biotic imbalance and high biological fragility, assuming that they are considered plants. inoculated with the untreated microbiological content of healthy plant plants improve their tolerance to biotic and abiotic stresses common in soybean production environments. Thus, the advanced plant extract of these plants can be sprayed into seeds, before sowing new soybean crop or other studied crop, cultivated in environments with problems of biotic imbalance. Thus, as it has been proven the improvement in the development of plants treated with extraction of these plants, it is possible to apply in PIPE PHASE 2 the development of technologies for cutting a product for commercialization, in different agricultural crops, as main focus on soybean, corn. , beans, potatoes and tomatoes. In phase 1 of the proposed PIPE, a technical proof of the use of an advanced plant extract from plants grown in a clonal garden for treatment of plants of the same species grown in sequence in environments with biotic imbalance resulting in a sustainable agricultural input, low environmental impact. and still absent in the national or international market.
