Abstract

Embrapa Pecuária Sudeste has a diversified research portfolio, including many projects financed by FAPESP. Achieving the objectives of these projects requires permanent improvement in the research center's operational infrastructure. This proposal aims to request resources from the institutional technical reserve for the acquisition of goods and equipment (and their installation) that will complement the infrastructure of Embrapa Pecuária Sudeste. The acquisition of multi-user items with reflections on various experiments and projects was prioritized. The operational infrastructure of Embrapa Pecuária Sudeste has been constantly modernized. In this sense, the equipment must focus on safety and efficiency gains in production systems, with data collection in the field and connectivity for scientific exchange actions through virtual environments. It is expected to obtain greater accuracy and more efficiency in data collection with a reduction in the time and rework involved in animal experimentation tasks in the field. It is anticipated that inter- and intra-institutional interactions will be optimized. (AU)
