Abstract

1-Embrapa Pecuária Sudeste runs a comprehensive portfolio of research, including several projects financed by Fapesp. Main goals of such projects depend upon permanent improvements on the infrastructure of research. Therefore, present proposal aims to obtain financial resources from the technical institutional reserve for the acquisition of goods and equipment which will complement infrastructure of Embrapa Pecuária Sudeste. Priority is given to equipments shared among several users (multiuse)and with potential impact on as many projects as possible. The operative infrastructure of Embrapa Southeast Livestock is under a permanent process of updatting. In this sense, equipment must aim to improve efficiency, from the very moment when data is been collected up to iniacitives to exchange scientific knowledge through virtual meetings. It is expected to obtain more efficiency and accuracy of data collection with reduction of the time spent in field operations in animal experimentation. In addition, it is anticipated that inter and intra institutional interaction will be optimized. (AU)
