Abstract

The proposed project is an integrated productivity and human resources management system, designed to optimize efficiency and employee satisfaction in a work environment. The need for this system arises from the growing complexity and demand of work processes, which require effective human resource management and continuous productivity assessment. Our system quickly assesses human resource planning for the next day, week and month, evaluating the need for overtime, weekend work and the ideal time for employee vacations. In addition, we monitor individual productivity by generating variable hourly targets and load balancing in order to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency, taking into account a crucial component, the employee's skill and historical performance.
