Abstract
We propose a new area of high-energy particle decays and collisions in a strong gravitational field. This mainly involves two different relativistic objects - black holes and strong gravitational waves. This can (i) lead to new features of high-energy phenomena that can be measured (at least in principle) in the laboratory, (ii) probe the otherwise inaccessible region of the strong gravitational field.
