Abstract

The presented project, a continuation of the PRH-ANP 48 (2014-2017, R$ 644,120.96) and PRH-ANP 34.1 (2020-2025, R$ 3,692,988.00) programs, registered at FEG/UNESP, at the Faculty of Engineering and Sciences - Guaratinguetá Campus of the São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho", is entitled "Interdepartmental Human Resources Training Program - Exploration and Production of Natural Energy Resources (operational efficiency/optimization/automation, well technology, increase in recovery factor, CCS, environmental impacts and digitalization)", focusing on study and research actions encompassing, in their various forms, Energy-related Natural Resources, Petroleum Engineering, Natural Gas, Energy and Environment. The program has developed important and diversified advances, having also published different works at events (national and international), as well as in qualified journals in different areas, all inherent to the purposes of the aforementioned program. It is worth highlighting the project's interest in internationalization opportunities and closer ties with R&D&I projects for the program's scholarship holders. The current coordination is carried out by Prof. Dr. Mauro Hugo Mathias, from the Department of Mechanics and the Postgraduate Program in Engineering, composing together with Profs. Drs. João Andrade de Carvalho Jr., Edson Cocchieri Botelho, Teófilo Miguel de Souza and Andreas Nascimento, the Steering Committee of the same, which is responsible for the decisions and directions of the program, including also the administrative and financial ones.
