Abstract

The project will focus on the preparation of agronomic samples aiming for multi-elementary determinations via induced plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and the methodologies developed will be applied for the determination of chemical elements present in low concentrations in fertilizers, forage and milk. It will be developed by DQ/UFSCar and CPPSE/EMBRAPA and will evaluate the following procedures for the preparation of samples: dilution in alkaline medium; decomposition with microwave in open and closed systems; enzymatic digestion; flux decomposition system and decomposition by heating with infrared radiation. The concentration of trace elements and production factors will be correlated. (AU)
