Abstract
The study of representations of algebras has its beginning on the study o problems of vector spaces. We could say that the first theorem in this direction is this one which says that every vector space over a field has a basis. Under this point of view this theorem says that the modulo category over a field is very simples since it has only one indecomposable object. The main objective in the area is studying the category of artin algebra. This is done from several standpoints. Generally the most stressed objective is the classification of the indecomposable modules; nevertheless this is not the only one. Our group has shown interests over various aspects of the theory. Some of them are commented below. (AU)
