Abstract

An aseptic packaging system for milk in flexible film will be developed and tested. The system will contain a processig line, vessels, sterilizer, clean room and aseptic filling machine. The system will de evaluated based on commercial sterility parameters and on shelf life predition of the processed milk at room temperature. (AU)
