Abstract

Countless carried out studies around the fertility in the anoestrous powders-childbirth and in the short cycle they show the importance of the subject for the scientific society and for the world-wide cattle production, looking to solve the low reproductive rates of the Brazilian flock. These studies intend to understand the physiology, the endocrinology and the expression of receivers of progesterone, estrogen and ocitocine in cows. In this way to think a regulation autocrine and paracrine of the hormones steroids in the endometrial. This work has how I aim to study dynamic endocrines, of follicular development and of expression genic and protein of the receivers endometrials of estrogen (RE) ± and ², of progesterone (RP) (isoformas A and B) and of ocitocine cows' (ROT) Nelore (Bos taurus indicus) in anestrous after parturition, and undergone to a protocol of induction of anoestrous with implants of Deslorelina (Agonist of GnRH), during the anoestrous induced by the Deslorelina and the first cycle estrus powders - anoestrous induced (short cycle). For so much, it will be 30 cows after parturition and they will be synchronized the estrus of 15 cows Nelore with regular cycles estrus, and subsequent induction of the anoestrous for the insertion of the bioimplant of Deslorelina, and when fragments were collected endometrials of the animals monitored daily by ultrasound scan along the induced anoestrous and of the first cycle estrus powders - anoestrous induced (short cycle). These biopsies will be destined to the realization of imunoistoquimic and of the RT-PCR. Daily samples of blood will be collected for punch of the pots coccigeous during the whole experimental period for dosage plasmatic of estradiol and progesterone. For all the studied variables the average and the diversions standard will be calculated like measures, respectively, of the central tendency and variability of the data. For analysis of the variables the proceeding MIXED will be employed of SAS, with the effects made a list to the days considered like measures repeated in the time. The comparison of averages will be carried out through analysis of variance.
