Abstract

In this project we will deal with problems involving questions about asymptotic behavior of solutions and about (null, exact and/or approximated) controllability for several parabolic and/or hyperbolic partial differential equation systems. Besides, the differential equations of these systems can be nonlinear equations. In general, it will be treated systems related to physical models. For instance, systems related to solid-liquid phase change model (in particular, phase-field models for solidification of purê materials or alloys with two different kind of crystallization allowed), viscoelastic systems, thermoelastic systems, etc. (AU)
