Abstract
In the scope of the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS -- Unified Health System) and of the Atenção Primária em Saúde (APS -- primary healthcare), which have the Programa de Saúde da Família (PSF -- Family Health Program) as a structural model, the healthcare actions are organized based on teamwork. Thus, it is required to evaluate the team integration and effectiveness to promote the complete attention to the health needs of users and communities. There are no tools to measure such practice in the scope of APS in Brazil, but in the international sphere several tools are identified, among them the Team Climate Inventory - TCI stands out, adapted and validated in more than ten countries with good results, including at APS. The TCI is composed by 38 items and four factors with theoretical foundation close to the conception of teamwork within SUS. The aim of this study is to make the transcultural adaptation and validation of TCI from the Portuguese from Portugal version. It is a transversal study with a quantitative approach encompassing two stages: content validation by a peer committee and validation of the psychometric properties of the scale. We will use a random and stratified sampling formed by workers belonging to PSF, Oral Health and NASF (Núcleo de Apoio a Saúde da Família - family health support nucleus) from the Municipality of Campinas. Validation considers the factor analysis of the internal consistency, and the reliability and stability measures of the convergent with correlation type with the data obtained through the scale measuring the degree of professional satisfaction, the Occupation Stress Indicator - OSI.
