Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the profile of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNP) between patients with and without prostate cancer with a history of hereditary disease and control group. The first group will provide patients with prostate cancer, members of families with two or more relatives affected by the disease and at least one first degree, or a relative who has been diagnosed before 55 years of age, the second will consist of patients healthy without prostate cancer, members of families with two or more relatives affected by the disease and at least one first-degree and the control group will consist of patients with CP with no family history.
