Abstract

This research project will enhance and create when necessary scientific basis to support the hypothesis that genetic modification is contributing, or being predominant factor in the stress of species such as soybean and Arabidopsis. Thus, proteomic platform (ie 2-D PAGE, 2-D DIGE, MALDI-Q-TOF, LC-MS-MS) as well as metallomics (ICP-MS, ICP-MS, LA, LA (i)-ICP MS, HPLC-ICP-MS) are proposed as bioanalytical strategies in driving the experimental procedure.
