Abstract

The purpose of the request to aid for the coming of Prof. Dr. Rodrigo Browne Sartori, Universidad Austral de Chile - UACH - is integrated with the formatting of a "Thematic Project" on the activities of the "Counter-Hegemonic Journalism in Latin America" that will be driven by research group Mediatel, PPG-COM University Paulista. His academic advice is accredited by researches that Prof. Browne Sartori and his group developed under Journalism, Culture and Media Environments that form the editorial production of newspapers and journalists in Latin America. The "Thematic Project" that will be developed involves national and international researchers on two fronts of scientific research: to unite and promote further research on journalistic production in this area in Latin America; help define academic repository "Nhengatu" to publicize the results on the open source digital environment parameterized by indexers and mirrored by partners universities in Latin America.
