The effect evaluation of a training for health system's professionals in matters of inclusion and humanization for administration of teams and communities ASSIST-SUS, human attention for the quality of life

Abstract

The research project develops methodology which involves professionals of the SUS-Brazil, regarding aspects related to the humanization of the attention and administration decentralization. Thus, strategies will be developed where a training (ASSIST-SUS), perceived in three blocks of three hours each, will be applied for evolution of each theme: a) humanization of the attention - through a reflexive and dynamic content, it is intended to review the cognition and behavior in the practice and its systematic; b) decentralized administration - through interactive methodology, it will produce an instrument of institutional diagnosis, which will point out regional, municipal and local priorities to the staff aiming the community's health and quality of life promotions. This model, emphasizes the engagement, participation and the individuals' co-responsibility in the system, it accompanies the creation of committees for monitoring and the inter-communication in the several levels of decision and frontiers of the SUS. It is intended to recycle about 1000 collaborators settled in groups of 40 components at most, integrated with individuals from several localities from the Regional District Management of Health - DIR VI. It is expected with the activities, to propose models of active participation of the several segments involved in the activities of the health, where the university can contribute in the equation of the process.
