Abstract

The 'HiperDia system' is specially projected to make a register of patients that have hypertension and/or diabetes and they are treated at Public Health Care Units. The percentage of patients in the system in relation to the estimated population, in São Paulo City, is very low (3.8%). The objective of this project is to encourage Public Health Care Units to the implantation, registration and obtainment of data from HiperDia system, applying administration models similar to that established by the National Health Administration Premium program. At the end of twelve months, it will be done a comparison of a group of patients that use the system (pre/post implantation of administration model) and a group of health care workers (pre/post implantation of administration model) in order to know their level of satisfaction.
