Abstract

This study is on inhabitants of Atlantic Forest protected areas, located in an Environmental Protected Area (Comprida Island), Ecological Satation (Juréia) and State Park (Petar). The main objectives are to know the natural resources, their uses and the economic activities, and conflicts related to the political institutional intervention. Our goal is, through an ecologic, sociologic and environmental education study, to obtain data in order to analyze the uses and conflicts to have basis for interventions towards management propositions. The procedures include sistematic observations, interviews, and life histories. (AU)
