Abstract

This project aims to create a virtual instrument that enables the organization and presentation of public policies on Health and Education facing the difficulties associated to the schooling process, linking them to researches conducted in the area and elucidating the issues of the processes of implementing these policies. The policies in question cover the Federal sphere and the state and city of São Paulo, using as initial momentous the 1988 Constitution. For such surveys will be made on official websites and academic papers, and research on models and resources for building the virtual timeline. The information will be organized to allow comparison between the federal, state and local spheres, and will have links to documents that contain: 1) the full text of these policies, 2) academic researches that discuss such policies in its implementation process and effects produced by them. This project will result in the construction and publicizing of Timeline of Public Policies on Health and Education to facing the problems of scholarisation at Sao Paulo, which allows simultaneous access to policies and researches related to them, being capable of periodic updates, thus becoming a valuable tool for advances in conception of proposals that answer effectively to difficulties faced in the schooling process.
