Abstract

The aim of this project is analyze how the use of the Brazilian and Argentine territory for the financial capital, by land appropriation and modern agriculture production are renewed means of accumulation by dispossession, with expropriation of other means of production and social reproduction and consequently productive territorial specialization. As are the largest agricultural producers and exporters in the Southern Hemisphere and having wide availability of arable land, the analysis of Brazilian and Argentine socio-spatial formations will verify the similarities and particularities of the worldwide phenomenon of expropriation of land and agricultural production by financial capital in partnership with national and transnational companies, and states.
