Abstract

This research aims to identify, map and summarize the entire production process in two producing properties of vegetables: one adopts the conventional production and another that is certified as an organic producer.As an analytical tool, we will use GIS techniques with the use of Geographic Information System Qgis (open source). We will prepare a database compatible with this system spatial data, resulting in a digital map that will give us the basis for summarization and comparison between the two production models. (AU)
