Impact of sugarcane hydrolysed associated with different types of urea in the diet of cows on milk production, ruminal fermentation and blood


The need to provide alternatives to dairy diets through the use of cane sugar hydrolyzed is increasing. Many investigations were carried out with the cane hydrolyzed with virgin or hydrated lime, but few are targeting the association of sugarcane hydrolyzed with corn silage, as well as livestock urea and urea protected.From this, the aim of this work is to evaluate the influence of urea types in hidrolysed sugarcane and diet of dairy cows on milk yield and composition, dry matter intake, blood parameters, rumen fermentation and in vivo and in vitro digestibility of nutrients and cost. The experiment will be conducted at the Department of Animal Science of São Paulo State University, with 8 lactating cows (60-82 days of lactation), distributed to two in contemporary latin square distributed in a 2x2 factorial arrangement, in other words, diet with 50% of hydrolysed sugarcane: 50% corn silage with inclusion of urea plus amonium sulfate or protected urea and diets with Latin square , factorial 2 x 2 , ie , diets with 50% cane sugar hydrolyzed 50 % corn silage , with inclusion of urea + ammonium sulfate livestock or protected urea ( Producote Feed ® ) in the hydrolysis of sugarcane and diets with inclusion urea + ammonium sulfate or urea protected provided in the trough. The averages are compared for three contrasts , one for effect of methods using urea , another to effect the type of urea and another to evaluate the effect of the interaction between form and type of use of urea plus sulfate amonium or protected urea in the trough.
