Abstract

The aim of this work is to add value to bagasse sugar d-adding information to search Aline de Lima Zuim, process 2011/23672-9 FAPESP, which featured physical and mechanical particle board manufactured with that input. Will be produced particle board using high density resin (two-component) polyurethane based on castor oil in order to verify the possibility of applying for interior floors. Abrasion test will be performed, according to the precepts of NBR 14833-1: 2008 and roughness obeying NBR 6405 and Janka, standard 7190/1997 hardness. It is noteworthy that the manufacture of these panels will be performed as requested resource FAPESP, for automation of the press bought with the project (case no. 04/15900-8), seeking thereby enhance and streamline the manufacture and quality of the panels.
