Abstract

Mar 23 (Monday) Professor Ortega leaves Madrid on night flight.Mar 24 (Tuesday) - Professor Elena M. Ortega arrives in Brazil. Pick her up and take her to the hotel. Meeting with Unicamp research team members with the following objectives: -Bringing both groups closer as a result of the presentation and discussion of the works developed by PES and LEAC;-Allowing greater alignment in order to conduct the research project to be performed in partnership; -Establishing the details of the work plan in order to perform the studies;-Adjusting the expenditure plan according to the received grant;-Submitting the project to Unicamp Research and Ethics Committee.Venue: UNICAMP/PESMar 25 (Wednesday)Meeting with the research team to discuss: the theoretical model which underlies the study, and the instruments of evaluation of the effects of the intervention program to be investigated.Venue: UNICAMP/PESMar 26 (Thursday) Professor Ortega will deliver the speech "Learning and self-regulation: the epistemic function of reading and writing", to Unicamp graduate students. This speech is inserted in the project "Know More" of the Educational Orientation Section of the Service of Student Support (SAE) from UNICAMP. This is a public event, with free inscription and live stream. It will be communicated to the public through mailing to the internal and external University community, Unicamp website, and posters.Venue: UNICAMP/Pavilhão Básico AuditoriumMar 27 (Friday)Visit to the Service of Student Support (SAE/UNICAMP), with the objective to meet the Educational Orientation team and the intervention projects that this team develops, once this will be the locus of the research data gathering.Venue: UNICAMP/SAE Meeting with the research team in order to discuss the texts and the orientation strategies to be adopted during the intervention.Venue: UNICAMP/ PESMar 30 (Monday)-Professor Ortega will deliver the speech "The development of the perspectivism through writing: writing in collaboration from multiple sources" to graduate students of Degree courses, and postgraduate students in Education. This is a Professor's activity of teaching and advisory. It is public event, inserted in the Events Schedule of Faculty of Education of Unicamp with free inscription. It will be broadly communicated to the public through mailing to the internal and external University community, Unicamp website, and posters. Venue: UNICAMP/Auditorium Faculty of Education - Closing meeting with the research team in order to discuss the schedule of co-authored publications and the participation in national and international events. Venue: UNICAMP/PESMar 31 (Tuesday) Take Professor Ortega to the airport. Return to Madrid in day flight. This visit is linked to the research project "Effectiveness of a writing improvement program in the context of higher education, submitted to the Notice MCTI/CNPQ/MEC/CAPES Nº 22/2014 - Applied Human and Social Sciences - approved in the process 471204/2014-5, which had its origin in a Program of "World Cooperation 2014 - Teacher/Researcher Modality" (Vice-rector of International Affairs/Unicamp) and happened from October 27th to November 16th 2014 at Universidad Autonóma de Madri (UAM), Faculty of Psychology, with LEAC (Reading, Writing and Acquisition of Knowledge) group, which has Professor Elena Martín Ortega as its member.
