Abstract

The Group of Studies and Research in Continuing Education (GEPEC) that belongs to Education College of State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) started their activities, informally, on 1984 gathering teachers, students and professionals of education from basic school, with the intention of, on these meetings, discuss issues related to teachers' training. With the formalization as a research group in 1996, the theme of teachers' training associated with the curriculum study in a daily perspective, has indicated the collective work as a former of personal and professional training in a broader and multireferenced perspective. Meanwhile, teacher's formation, at GEPEC, has consolidated on the dialogue with a perspective of work based on teacher-researcher as the center of the comprehension of initial and continuing professional education processes. Teachers working collaboratively support each other, glimpsing to achieve goals supported by the collectivity. Thus, the questions of this research are: what kind of research has been produced by Master's and Doctoral Thesis of GEPEC's students, since the beginning, in 1996, until nowadays about the theme of collective work? What concepts and authors have based these researches? What methodology has been used? What analysis are suggested on these collective work's researches? Which principles and lessons are highlighted in these researches? What are the limits of this research and the suggested needs to show what is not known and what is necessary to investigate? This research aims: to inventory and to analyze the production of GEPEC's researchers that have emphasis on collective work, seeking to enlist concepts, methodologies, analysis, principles and lessons, as well as their limitations and point out what still deserves to be investigated on this theme. Data will be produced by analyzing GEPEC's student's thesis and masters, seeking to fulfill the research objectives from the Indiciary Paradigm and Core of Meaning. (AU)
