Abstract

Accessory to be coupled to the micro-Raman spectrograph Renishaw model in-Via purchased with resources Young Researcher FAPESP and housed in the FCT/UNESP. The SMD experiments involve obtaining thousands of spectra, because only the molecules positioned in so-called hot spots give signal with sufficient intensity to be detected. The traditional method for obtaining spectra, i.e. collecting Spectra point to point along the sample takes hours. Depending on the area mapped, you can spend about 10 hours to get about 2000 spectra. With the streamline accessory, the same spectra are collected in less than an hour. (AU)
