Abstract
The CYTATION device 3 is used for intracellular and surface marking by means of immunofluorescence and other types of reactions involving fluorescence detection. As it has adapters for acquiring images on slides and 96-well plates, allow the tissue analysis and cell culture. Its difference to the fluorescence microscope is a measurement of fluorescence in microplates. In addition, it has the possibility of future acquisition of adapters for use of cell culture bottles and new fluorescence cubes for use of different markers. Regardless of the approval or not of the continuity of INCTTox program, the equipment will be important for the progress of inserted projects and even for future projects of laboratories concerned and outrops participating laboratories INCT in toxins.
