Abstract

The Cancer Institute of the State of São Paulo agglutinates a growing group of researchers who interact in two dedicates centers for research within the Cancer Hospital: (i) the clinical research center and (ii) the Center for Translational Research in Oncology, constituted by research labs and core facilities. Investments in research areas will be performed, creating more structures for shared use besides the acquisition of reagents for sample processing, to be used at the BioBank-USP, a structure dedicated to the storage of biological samples, to which clinical data are also available.
