Abstract

Prof. Garriga will be part of an on-going investigation about Brazilian monarchical institutions, including the Council of State and the Judicial power, examining how they actively took part in creating legal sources. At the same time he will teach two graduate seminars, one at the Law School of USP (with prof. Lima Lopes) and one at the History Department of UNIFESP (with prof. Slemian) (AU)
