Abstract

This research project is part of the "Research Program Innovation Forum FGV / EAESP" aimed at assessing the skills of innovative organizations in Brazil using the methodology developed by the study center. This study, unprecedented in Brazil, help to identify gaps and best practices in innovation management in companies. In 2014 and 2015 there were two stages of this research, a nationwide and one at the state level. In 2016, among the associations that are already being contacted by the Innovation Forum is the CIESP (Center of São Paulo State Industries). This research step will contribute to the statistical validation of the methodology developed by the Innovation Forum EAESP / FGV considering the following dimensions: leadership and strategic intent, internal innovative environment, people, innovation processes and results.
