The research aims to identify the types of threats experienced by entrepreneur's women in order to understand how they react and analyze the key overcoming behaviors that helped to sustain their businesses. Studies related to women entrepreneurs presented many versions, however, it was not evidenced in the research the combination of constructive threats and overcoming behaviors for entrepreneurs women in entrepreneurs business. Human, social and psychological theories besides the affective and cognitive construction of dimensions will be supporting the analysis of the results. The research is qualitative, exploratory and the data collection was done with in-depth interviews and focus groups. A sample group of entrepreneurial women participated in the survey as respondent, and they are part of the Women Entrepreneurs Network all over Brazil, based in São Paulo-SP. The network has about 36.5 million women registered and more than 20,000 actively participated in the group discussion. The data will be recorded, transcribed and categorized with Atlas to support and the results will be analyzed based on the content analysis. (AU)
