Abstract

The specific research objectives are therefore: (i) qualitative and quantitative analysis of A. fumigatus MAPKs using mycofilm expertise; (ii) examine the metabolic profile (metabolome) of A. fumigatus MAPKs in the mycofilm phenotype; and (iii) create bioinformatics pipelines to integrate transcriptomic and metabolic data sets created by each partner.
