Abstract

After conducted survey of the current condition of the equipment and its use, taking into account the realization of research and infrastructure to support research activities and essential administrative services of all School of Economics Sao Paulo's Getulio Vargas - FGV / EESP, it was noted that there are some points of improvements in infrastructure and other aspects that should be improved. Given this strategic and thorough analysis, we identified these points as follows:Increased student demand for the use of existing equipment in the research room and studies of undergraduates and graduate students, creating the need for more PCsThe need for modernization of the technological park of the institution, directly benefiting researchers and staff, indirectly, the administrative staff. The researchers and their staff, with the support of research for the treatment of the data collected in the field research, to then disseminate such information; and management of information to be disclosed to the general public through the school website and social networksBetter management information through the purchase of a scanner for business cards, to manage contact cards by including them directly these contacts from Outlook and is the best tool found for this purpose.
