Abstract

In Brazil, the investigation of epidemideology and the hantavirose diagnostic is still limited. Since the first related case in 1993 still nowadays more than 500 cases has happened and lately it has been increasing a lot. Aiming to contribute to increase the knowledge about this virose. Observing the role of different species of rodents in epiddemiology and pointing out the importancy of identification potecial reservation associated with sorologic diagnostic methodology. This project aims to stantard the dection of hantavirus sorologic by wersten blotting and ELISA method through Brazilian recobinant protein N (Segment S) in rodents and human samples from Vale Ribeira SP and São Paulo downtown also it will be evaluated the circulation of hantavirus by sorology memory in rodents and humans population in Vale Ribeira SP and São Paulo downtown.
