Abstract

This project of research was elaborated to evaluate the performance of the diets for carnivores, in particular of juvenile of cachara (Pseudoplatystoma fasciatum), when it uses exógenas digestive enzymes amilase and phitase. For in such a way two enzymes will be carried through assays of digestibility of diets contend these, separately and jointly and in different levels of inclusion. This study it will show to which the amount of enzyme necessary to be added so that it has an improvement accomplishes on the digestibility, as well as if it has an interaction between them. The best levels observed for the digestibility of the protein will be used in an assay of performance with 90 days of duration. In this study the enzyme levels for amilase, fitase and amilase more phitase will be used in two types of ration with different protein sources, to verify the effect of them when protein of animal or vegetal origin is used. In this as experiment, the animals will have its evaluated productive performance. The fish used in this experiment also will serve to show if it had alteration in the endogenous production of digestive enzymes, as much for how much histology and enzymology evaluation; which alterations will be observed in the carcass of the animals, mainly in relation to the retention of match, calcium and magnesium. Such data will have to supply to important parameters the understanding of the performance results and effect of these enzymes on the organism of the fish.
