Abstract

The present work analyses the process of Brazilian signature on Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), occurred in the end of first mandate of Fernando Henrique Cardoso's government. This process is focused on the Brazilian international relations in the 90s and develops three main axes: foreign policy, defense policy and the nuclear program. (AU)
