Abstract As the deployment of interactive computer systems are rapidly incorporated into people s daily reality in the form of online serivices, such as electronic commerce, distance learning, telemedicine, among other emergent applications, in addition to performance and security, requeriments of dependability regarding the responsiveness dynamics become essential to the efectiveness of their usefulness. Techniques for the analysis and synthesis of mechanisms the must operate under temporal restrictions belong to the technological domain of real-time systems, in which substantial contributions earned along its development have focused control and automation applications, characterized by deterministic environment and requirements. The present work aims at contributing to the recent investigations in the extension of this achievements for the field of interactive computer systems, characterized by non-deterministic environment and requiremenments. Having Web systems as the focus, the goal of this work research work is the study of real-time scheduling polices for QoS gurantee based on parameters of average and dispersion of response times. | |
