Abstract

This project aims to investigate the dynamics and stability of Bose-Einstein condensates, subject to different combinations of optical lattices(linear and/or non-linear, symmetric and/or asymmetric), by means of numerical simulations. We keep the study focused on three problems of current interest, the spread of solitons in atomic condensates, condensates of two coupled components, and, finally, in interactions of three bodies.
