Abstract

In this work the development of methods for the determination of substances with farmaceutical interest using polyurethane-graphite based composite electrodes is proposed.The project will contribute to the understanding of the performance of the composite electrode in CV, DPV and SWV techniques, after extraction with SPE procedures.The possibility of modification of the electrodes can contribute to better sensitivity and selectivity in such analysis.Possible interactions of the electrode material with the analytes will also be investigated.
