Abstract

This master degree project aims to characterize micro jets RF plasma of different energies and mixtures of gases. The micro jets will be generated by using a radio-frequency generator with powers ranging from 5 W to 50 W. The gases mixtures that will be used are argon-hydrogen, argon-water and argon-ethanol. A study about the plasma properties will be done from spectroscopic tools due to determine the following parameters: gas temperature, excitation temperature, and hydrogen atoms temperature and electron density in function of the parameters of the micro jet.
