Abstract

The use of coloring natural in the hair dye it is one of the oldest processes of dye, that today involves million of dollars with an enormous amount of available products for the consumption. The hair are colored for three methodologies: I - temporary, with coloring basic. II - Semi-permanent with coloring direct and III - Permanent, using process chemical oxidative of processes to the base of aromatic amines. The present project will evaluate the degradation photoelectrocatalytic of colors of hair with electrodes, semiconductors of TiO2, WO3 and bicomposits of WO3/TiO2 under artificial irradiations, being used mercury lamp 125 W and solar light, seeking to eliminate the risks to the environment and the human health for these coloring ones, precursors and other addictive presents in the dyeing of the hair.
