Abstract The table grapes in cultivation in Brazil can be divided into two distinct groups: grapes and grapes rustic fine. Due to the technology developed for cultivation in the region, with dry weather in winter and hot summer and rainy, with two annual pruning woody branches, the fruit is harvested from June to December. However, the high cost of deployment and conduct of the wineries require high productivity to make compensatory activity. The great demand for cultural and treatment plant, including the labor and materials represent around 20 and 50% respectively of the cost of production, force some growers to seek alternatives to reduce this cost, including the use of cv. Rustic as the Niagara Rosada, plant growth regulators and a program of integrated control of diseases of low environmental impact. However, the need to increasingly restrict the use of synthetic substances in the conduct of orchards, advocated for sustainable production of fruit, such as Integrated Production and Organic Production, makes the issue of broken dormancy chemical plant fruit and phytosanitary control a limiting factor for the activity in Brazil, aims of this work was evaluated in field, laboratory and greenhouse, the effectiveness Bioalho, Erger, regarding the efficiency of Dormex with respect to loss of dormancy, the integrated control to evaluate the effectiveness of Ecolife40, Nutri-phite, potassium phosphite, acibenzolar-S-methyl, chitosan, potassium silicate, and aqueous extracts of hidroetanólicos melon-of-are-Caetano and PACAR in the control of downy mildew (Plamopara viticola (Berk & Curtis ) Berl. & de Toni)) of powdery mildew (Uncinula necator Berk) of rust (Phakpsora euvitis Ono) and anthracnose (Elsinoe ampelina (De Bary) Shear) of vines. | |
