Abstract

O projeto tem como propósito investigar os processos responsáveis pela reestruturação socioespacial recente na metrópole de Porto Alegre, atentando para as estratégias imobiliárias que visam reordenar o espaço urbano de forma a transmutá-lo em valor de troca. Nesse sentido, cumpre investigar como o setor imobiliário, fortalecido pela associação com a esfera financeira, redefiniu as centralidades (de negócios e residenciais) da metrópole de Porto Alegre.
