Abstract Over the years it has been found that there is no single approach to software development, since there are several types of systems and organizations. For this reason the organization self-knowledge and the implementation of initiatives to improve software process have become an alternative to avoid the software crisis. It is essential for the organization to build their own learning to establish the continuous improvement and therefore provide the reproduction of their successes. In Brazil, comprising the majority of micro and small enterprises, agile methods have provided quality results in the short term and at satisfactory costs. However, much of the learning acquired during the agile development has remained restricted to their own team. However, the organization self-knowledge techniques can be used to capture this tacit knowledge and disseminate it to the organization. Thus, this research proposes the application of these techniques in order to catalog best practices for software development and guide its use in practice, helping to disseminate the best solutions for future software projects. | |
