Abstract

The anthelmintic drug are classes of great importance for the treatment of humans as well as for the treatment of animals. However, these drugs are often used in an uncontrolled manner, may compromise the health of individuals who are ingesting. Thus, it is extremely important to develop analytical procedures that are simple, fast and accurate for identifying, measuring or monitoring of these drugs in urine, food of animal origin (milk, eggs) and pharmaceuticals.In this work will be developed electroanalytical methods for the determination of drug albendazole, ivermectin and febantel employing cyclic voltammetry, square wave and differential pulse electrode and boron-doped diamond (BDD), with or without modification, as electrode work Furthermore, it will develop a system stream with amperometric detection and multiple pulse amperometric for determining these drugs.
