The proposed research doctoral degree is direct the theme of the organization/patterning of reports in radiology and imaging. The standardization to enable Interoperability Systems Electronic Health Record (S-RES) is currently an important area of research worldwide. Examples of solutions proposed in order to ensure interoperability he S-IC are, for example, the standard Health Level 7 (HL7), defined in United States of America, the European standard CEN/TC251, standard international ISO TS 18303 and in Brazil, the standard ISO/TR 20514. Particularly in Brazil, there is a proposal to standardize electronic health record through the use of archetypes informational use as a model. Archetypes are formed by a definition language (vocabulary) that generates a reference model (information organization) in electronic templates for communication on computers. In Brazil, there is still no definition language created and validated in clinical practice can support the creation of role models, making the deployment of the national standardization. In this context, the project here presented is the investigation of the applicability of methods text mining, the specialty of radiology and diagnostic image to create and validate a definition language that can support the creation of reference models that meet the practical are the appropriate norms, national and international. The research development and evaluation of results will be supported research methods in action with the application of questionnaires to qualitative and quantitative measures of success. Will also with the ad hoc evaluation of medical experts of the institution based research. (AU)
