Abstract

The ischemia-reperfusion is a complex phenomenon often encountered in surgical practice. The consequence of this injury is the local and remote tissue destruction and often death. Several studies are conducted to elucidate effective maneuvers for the protection of organs subjected to periods of ischemia with the example of ischemic preconditioning (IPC). The theories created from PCI studies stimulated research on drugs that could develop protective action in vital organs. We will study the effects of renal protection of lidocaine in the doses used in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias (bolus: 1.5 mg.kg-1, continuous infusion: 2 mg.kg-1.h-1) and suclínicas doses (bolus: 0 , 75 mg.kg-1, continuous infusion: 1 mg.kg-1.h-1) by measurement of plasma NGAL and interleukins, as well as histological analysis. Based on an experimental model for studying ischemia-reperfusion in rats, we will make experiments on four groups of mice, each containing eight animals. The groups are: GS (sham group), CG (control group), GL (group dose of lidocaine in antiarrhythmic) and GL / 2 (group subclinical doses of lidocaine). (AU)
