Abstract

This study attempts to grasp the meanings and operated by local health managers, members of the Collegiate Regional Management (CRG) Central and Midwest, the concepts of continuing healthcare education, the experiences in the implementation of collective discussion and questioning in the units local health participated in the design of EPS "Strengthening Primary Care" developed in the region covered by the RDH III - Araraquara-SP. This is a study of descriptive and qualitative approach to the use of primary and secondary data. Will be conducted semi-structured interviews with managers or coordinators of primary care in the municipalities that make up the two Collegiate Regional Management. Still, there will be analysis of official documents in the period 2008 to 2010, present in each of the counties facing the process of Permanent Health Education with a focus on primary care. It is hoped that the development proposal will contribute to the production of knowledge that supports the implementation of effective professional health education at the local level.
