The law 11.788/8 (New Internship Law) tends to give a new treatment and to protect the internship in Brazil. The student's perspective of internship will conduct this search and law studies about internship will be taken. After so, it will be possible to evaluate if the New Internship Law has been giving new thoughts about the question - internship: professional qualification or a job? (AU)
