Abstract

In this project will be prepared samples of the system Pb1-xCaxTiO3 - Li+ (PCT-Li+) with x = 0,10 and 0,50 and Li+ 1 to 5% in mol, using the method of the polymeric precursors to produce ceramic samples and thin films nanostructured and characterize your structural properties, microstructure and electric and sensor response. The structural characterization will be accomplished using the techniques of diffraction of ray-X, spectroscopic Raman and spectroscopic infrared. The thin films will be prepared by the technique "spin-coating" on silicon and MgO (100) substrates. The experimental study will be investigative to verify the responser of the system for the humidity detection and of gases as the oxygen (O2), carbonic gas (CO2) and carbon monoxide (CO). (AU)
